福田美術館・嵯峨嵐山文華館では、10/18本日より開催される展覧会「ゼロからわかる江戸絵画 ーあ！若冲、お！北斎、わぁ！芦雪ー」の内覧会が行われました。
葛飾北斎の浮世絵、伊藤若冲の鶏、円山応挙や長沢芦雪の仔犬など、江戸絵画の優品計118点（福田美術館／80点・嵯峨嵐山文華館／38点）を、江戸絵画の基礎知識や鑑賞ポイントと共に紹介し、江戸絵画に初めて触れる方でも楽しめる企画展になっている。
福田美術館では、17世紀から18世紀にかけて活躍した画家たちの作品も展示され、福田美術館初展示の作品も数多くありその中でも目玉は何といっても５２年ぶりに発見された【大黒天図】
第一会場の福田美術館では、ギャラリー1、2は芦雪、伊藤若冲、丸山応挙、俵屋宗達など江戸を代表する画家の作品とパノラマギャラリーでは現代作家品川亮さんの作品が展示されています。品川亮さんは、日本絵画の流れを意識して、現代絵画の可能性に挑戦する現代作家です。
嵯峨嵐山文化館では、葛飾北斎の浮世絵、歌川広重「東海道五十三次」が展示されています。展示は前期後期に分けて55点展示されます。
今回は江戸絵画に全く知らない人から、良く知っている人まで楽しめる名品の数々がそろっている。また、展示室各所に色のついたパネルを設置。Q＆A風になっており初歩から改めて作品や画家について知ることができる。

Fukuda Art Museum – “Understanding Edo Paintings from Scratch – Ah! Jakuchu, Oh! Hokusai, Wow! Rosetsu” Preview Event
An exclusive preview event took place at the Fukuda Art Museum and the Sagano Arashiyama Bunkakan for the exhibition “Understanding Edo Paintings from Scratch – Ah! Jakuchu, Oh! Hokusai, Wow! Rosetsu,” which opens today, October 18th. This exhibition features a total of 118 exceptional Edo paintings that are familiar to everyone, including Katsushika Hokusai’s ukiyo-e, Ito Jakuchu’s roosters, Maruyama Okyo’s works, and Nagasawa Rosetsu’s puppies. These works are divided between the Fukuda Art Museum (80 pieces) and the Sagano Arashiyama Bunkakan (38 pieces). Alongside the artworks, the exhibition provides fundamental knowledge of Edo paintings and points for appreciation, making it an enjoyable experience for those new to Edo paintings. At the Fukuda Art Museum, you can also explore the works of artists who were active from the 17th to the 18th century. Notably, among the pieces displayed for the first time at the Fukuda Art Museum is the highlight of the exhibition, the “Daikokutenzu,” which was rediscovered after an astonishing 52 years.
